HOW CRYSTAL GIFTS ARE MADE

RAW MATERIAL
Big, high quality, crystal bars are cut up into perfect cubes using diamond cutting blades.
HEATING
The cubes are placed on a heat resistant conveyer belt that runs through an oven, gradually heating them up to a temperature of 1600 °C (3000 °F). This makes the cubes soft and slightly mouldable.
MOULDING
One by one the heated cubes are pressed to their round shape using a big hydraulic mould press.
COOLING
To avoid imperfections and bubbles, the crystal balls are very gradually brought down to room temperature (20 °C (70 °F)).
POLISHING
Multiple polishing steps create a flawless surface. At the end of these steps the balls are perfectly round, but still have a matte white finish.
FINISHING
Two disks with a fine polishing surface spin at high speed with the crystal balls in-between. After 40 minutes in this machine, they are completely transparent.
RAW MATERIAL
Every ball is extensively inspected for imperfections. Only one out of four pass this test, the others get recycled and start again at step one.

How Do I Place an order?
We've tried to make placing an order fairly simple:
- First, select the product you would like to order..
- Configure the product selecting the size, uploading the image, adding accessories. Make the product your own.
- Once configured, add your product to the shopping cary.
- Proceed to checkout to select your preferred payment method, contact information, and shipping details.
- Confirm order. You will receive an Order Confirmation via e-mail. You will then receive a Shipment Confirmation via e-mail which contains tracking informaton.

Defective Product?
If a product malfunctions or is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 14 days to provide appropriate proof. Once confirmed, a replacement will be issued.
How Long will it Take For Order to Arrive?
Standard Shipping Times:
Shipping to United States Destinations: 1-2 Weeks
Shipping to all other International Destinations: 2-3 Weeks
Note: Circumstances outside of our control have periodically delayed some shipments by 2-3 weeks depending on restrictions at any given point in time. Order help at local Post Office?
If your delivery address requires the package to be held a local post office for pickup, you have 14 days to collect the product. After that, the Post Office will return to our shipping agent. Please track your order and pick up your package within that period.
Can I Cancel An Order?
Yes, but only before the order has been processed. We process within 24 hours of receiving orders. Once order has been processed, it can not be cancelled.
