How Our Crystal Gifts Are Made

Starts off as a cube

Big, high quality, crystal bars are cut up into perfect cubes using diamond cutting blades.

Step 2

The cubes are placed on a heat resistant conveyer belt that runs through an oven, gradually heating them up to a temperature of 1600 °C (3000 °F). This makes the cubes soft and slightly mouldable.

Moulding

One by one the heated cubes are pressed to their round shape using a big hydraulic mould press.

Cooling

The crystal balls are gradually brought down to room temperature (20 °C (70 °F)).

Laser Engraving

We laser engrave each crystal gift under a special machine. It only takes a few minutes.

Raw Material

Crystal gift is carefully inspected for any imperfections. Only one out of four pass the test! So these are one of a kind :)

Step 7

We let the product cool down and place it in stock. It is then ready to be purchased!
