How Do I Place an order?

We've tried to make placing an order fairly simple:

  1. First, select the product you would like to order..
  2. Configure the product selecting the size, uploading the image, adding accessories.  Make the product your own.
  3. Once configured, add your product to the shopping cary.
  4. Proceed to checkout to select your preferred payment method, contact information, and shipping details. 
  5. Confirm order.  You will receive an Order Confirmation via e-mail.  You will then receive a Shipment Confirmation via e-mail which contains tracking informaton. 

Are We Legitimate?

We have been in business for several years now, bringing customized gifts to the world. We have hundreds of happy customers posting on our Facebook pages daily. 

Payment Methods?

We accept Debit/Credit cards, Amazon Pay, PayPal, Afterpay. All are confirmed safe and secured with SSL encryption. 

Other currencies?

Yes we accept currencies from other countries. For PayPal it automatically converts it into USD (United States Dollar).

100% Satisfaction?

Yes, if we happen to fail to deliver your products you will be refunded per our policies.

Defective Product?

If a product malfunctions or is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 14 days to provide appropriate proof. Once confirmed, a replacement will be issued.

How Long will it Take For Order to Arrive?

Standard Shipping Times:

Shipping to United States Destinations: 1-2 Weeks

Shipping to all other International Destinations: 2-3 Weeks

Note: Circumstances outside of our control have periodically delayed some shipments by 2-3 weeks depending on restrictions at any given point in time.  We will do our best to overcome these delays and keep you abreast.  We provide you with the tracking information, but if you have questions, please contact us at hello@stylishgram.com with any questions.

Order help at local Post Office?

If your delivery address requires the package to be held a local post office for pickup, you have 14 days to collect the product.  After that, the Post Office will return to our shipping agent.  Please track your order and pick up your package within that period.

Can I Cancel An Order?

Yes, but only before the order has been processed.  We process within 24 hours of receiving orders.  Once order has been processed, it can not be cancelled.
