Order Cancellations 

  • Product orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and scheduled for shipment.  Once you receive an Order Confirmation email, the order has been processed.
  • Gift card orders cannot be cancelled.  

Returns 

We have a 14-day return policy. After 14 days, regardless of the cause, we are unable to process returns. Additionally, in order to properly handle the return and credit, please follow every step of our return process.


Return Eligibility
  • Personalized or customized products cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Gift cards are cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
  • All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If item is undamaged, it must be unused and in the same condition as it shipped. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not related to packaging or shipping are not eligible for return.
  • If product is damaged, please email pictures of damaged item to Stylishgram Customer Support. Note that products arriving damaged, can only be replaced not refunded.   
Return Shipping
  • You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return Processing
  • If return eligibility is met, Customer Support will issue a return authorization number and provide shipping information
  • Items need to returned within 30 days of original delivery date.
  • Please do not send your purchase back without proper authorization.  Tracking information is required to process returns accurately to ensure proper inspection, restocking, and refund to the correct account.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that returned item has been received. If applicable, we will also notify you if a refund has been approved or rejected.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
